You're working fifty hours a week, so you don't have ten to spend evaluating AI tools.
You suspect your competitors are further along. So you keep using ChatGPT for the occasional
email and hope that counts.
Assessment
What you get for $999.
Engagement
45-minute discovery call, then a 30-minute review call.
Deliverable
A written report: 3–7 prescribed tools, each with cost, setup time, and hours saved per week.
Included
A 4-day quick start plan, under 10 minutes a day.
Typical result
7 hours a week reclaimed, about $60/month in tool costs.
Fee
$999, one time.
Guarantee
Full refund if fewer than 5 hours a week are identified.
Sequence
How it works.
Discovery call 45 min
A structured interview about how your week actually goes. No pitching, no tool names yet.
Analysis
Your call is analysed against a database of thousands of tools, then reviewed by hand. A four-person landscaping company does not need Salesforce.
The report
Every recommendation names the pain point it solves, what it costs, how long setup takes, and hours returned per week.
Review call 30 min
We walk through it together. You leave knowing exactly what to do on Monday.
Report

Scope
Not a strategy deck. Not a six-week engagement. Not custom software.
This is a list of tools that already exist, matched to problems you already have, with a plan for installing them this week.
After
After the quick wins.
Some problems don't have a tool you can just buy. Those go in a separate section of the report, and if you want help with them afterwards, the options are: process redesign, automation builds, knowledge systems, custom Claude Skills, or a monthly AI Concierge retainer.
I've spent twenty-five years on the expensive side of this work. I started Wunderman's
digital division in Dubai and built it from nothing to $1.5M in two years, grew BBDO
Proximity's Kuala Lumpur office from two people to twenty-one, and spent four years at
Cognizant advising boards on transformation programmes worth millions. Since 2020 I've run
my own advisory out of the Northern Rivers, working with owners of scaling companies. What
I kept noticing is that the expensive answer is rarely the right one. Most of what a
2–20 person business actually needs is already sitting on a shelf for $20 a month.
That's why this is a flat $999 and not a retainer.

Questions
Questions owners actually ask.
What if my business is too small for this?
The assessment is built for businesses with roughly 2–20 employees. Below two people there is usually less repeated administrative work to remove, and the fee is harder to justify. Tell me your headcount on the booking form and I'll say so before you pay.
Do I need to already use AI?
No. Most owners I talk to have used ChatGPT a few times and nothing else. The report assumes you're starting from zero and orders the recommendations so the easiest win comes first.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
If the report identifies fewer than five hours a week of opportunity (named tools, with hours attached to each), you get the full $999 back. It covers the finding, not your implementation.
Will you install these tools for me?
Not as part of the assessment. You get a 4-day quick start plan that takes under ten minutes a day, and the tools are chosen so that's realistic. If you'd rather hand it off, implementation is a separate engagement quoted after the review call.
What do the tools cost after the assessment?
About $60 a month in total for a typical set, and every recommendation lists its own price. Where a free tier does the job, the report says to use the free tier.
Book
Seven hours a week is a number. Let's find yours.
$4,550/ month
at $150 an hour and 7 hours a week returned.
Full refund if fewer than five hours a week are identified.
Concierge retainer
For the problems a tool can't solve on its own.
A monthly retainer for owners who have already done the assessment, installed the quick wins,
and hit the work that needs building rather than buying.
From $1,200/month
Month to month. Thirty days' notice to stop.
Included
Two 45-minute working sessions a month. Working, not reporting. We build during the call.
Messaging access between calls, answered within 12 business hours.
Custom Claude Skills built around your own workflows, documents, and vocabulary.
Automations and knowledge systems maintained as your process changes.

Start with the assessment.
The retainer only makes sense once we know what your week looks like and the cheap fixes are already in. Everyone starts with the $999 assessment.
